Welcome to Carve Art

 My name is Peter Woychesko and I own and operate Carve Art near Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. I have had a longtime interest in wood and woodworking. I enjoy all the different colours, textures, and smells that are a part of woodworking. There are few products on earth that are as versatile and have aided in the advancement of humanity like that of wood. From fuel for fires to modern furniture, wood is a part of the human experience. I have been a hobbyist woodworker all my adult life, building everything from children’s toys to furniture for family and friends.

 

My second passion is tools and machinery. I enjoy tinkering with many different tools, machines, and electronic gadgets, whether it be motors, milling machines or micro controllers. In recent years the cost of high-tech devices has fallen and placed computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines within grasp of both hobbyists and small businesses. CNC machines allow a level of precision that is difficult to achieve using traditional woodworking methods. This helps me create products with a crisper cleaner look.

 

CNC machines have allowed me to combine my interests and Carve Art is the result. I hope you cherish the products that I create. I make them for you to enjoy.
